The hotel was a good size and spacious enough, but could do with furniture rejig. It took quite a while, around 20-30 mins, to get served for drinks in the bar, so we ended up going to another place to get a drink as it was quicker to walk than to wait. The rooms were hot that we had to go to Aldi and buy two fans due to no air conditioning.

The staff, from front office through to the bar, were helpful and very friendly. They were nice and clean enough space to move and to hang up things. There was a hair dryer and iron provided in the room, which was really helpful and needed. It was a fantastic stay overall, even though there were some issues with wheelchair access being blocked.

On the bright side, the reception area was cool with multiple windows, and the staff provided exceptional service. The hotel had freshly decorated rooms done to a high standard and the executive room was nice, but it could get extremely hot as the window only opened 3cm, and the noise from the major road made it unbearable at night.
